Post-COVID-19 recovery and improving coverage.

The CHIC Symposium Program Committee recently hosted an Africa-focused symposium titled “HPV Vaccination Programs: From Pre-introduction Planning to Restoration and Sustainability.” This event featured country presentations on cervical cancer prevention, HPV vaccination implementation, program scale-up, and sustainability.
Building on this momentum, the objectives of the CHIC HPV Online Post-Symposium Regional Engagement workshop are to:
- Share latest updates on HPV vaccination programmes progress including experiences from situation analysis execution, HPV vaccine schedule update to single dose, phased roll-out introduction.
- Foster cross-country learning opportunities among African countries.
- Promote and support collaboration through peer-to-peer discussions
