In this overview, Bolio and colleagues summarize the key challenges and lessons learned from the CHIC Africa (Addis Ababa, 2022) and South Asia (New Delhi, 2022) symposia, involving participants from 19 African and 7 South Asian countries. Topics covered include health information systems, Gavi applications, planning, stakeholder engagement, delivery platforms, and single-dose vaccination. The article highlights cross-cutting strategies for increasing access in hard-to-reach populations, addressing vaccine hesitancy, and building health care provider capacity. The paper concludes with the Delhi Declaration and a call for continued collaboration to reduce the burden of cervical cancer in low- and middle-income countries.
