This poster highlights innovative community outreach strategies used during Nigeria’s 2023 HPV vaccine introduction in Jigawa State, targeting girls aged 9–14. The campaign combined fixed posts, school outreach, and community mobilization to address the high proportion of out-of-school girls. Adaptations included farm-based sessions during harvest, flexible schedules, and extended mop-up days. These approaches enabled 76% coverage (416,250 girls), demonstrating the effectiveness of context-tailored strategies for equitable vaccine reach.
