This panel brought together country leaders and partners to share practical lessons on planning and partnerships for HPV vaccine rollout. Uganda achieved over 80% coverage in just two months by using a unified national plan and school-based delivery. Kenya highlighted the use of WhatsApp groups and Parent-Teacher Associations to support coordination. Tanzania emphasized timely planning, local media, and community platforms to boost demand. Malawi shared how integrating HPV with other vaccine introductions improved efficiency. Jhpiego stressed starting social mobilization at least six months in advance and engaging professional societies. All agreed: embedding HPV programs in national health and education plans is key for sustainability.
