This presentation details Cameroon’s innovative use of community dialogues to improve HPV vaccination coverage, particularly amid persistent misinformation and health worker reluctance since the vaccine’s 2020 introduction. Implemented across 10 regions and 60 health districts, the strategy engaged 10,800 community members, combining visual tools and direct discussions to address safety concerns and dispel rumors. The approach notably linked dialogue sessions with immediate on-site vaccination, resulting in over 121,000 adolescents immunized and a 15.3% coverage gain. Lessons emphasize the value of face-to-face engagement, visual risk communication, and integrating vaccination within community mobilization efforts
