Following the CHIC Francophone Symposium, Côte d’Ivoire advanced HPV vaccination efforts with key milestones: drafting the National Strategic Plan for cervical cancer elimination (June 2024) and issuing the Abidjan Declaration on transitioning from GAVI support to sustainable domestic financing (July 2024). Community dialogues were strengthened, and 208 school and adolescent health agents were trained. Coordination platforms were revitalized, and microplanning was completed across all districts, despite persistent vaccine stock-out challenges.
