This poster describes a regional initiative to reignite HPV vaccine demand in sub-Saharan Africa following the COVID-19 pandemic. The project brought together 78 key stakeholders from 14 countries through cohort-based workshops to share experiences and co-develop country-specific roadmaps. Key challenges identified include budget constraints, data quality gaps, and misconceptions about the vaccine. The initiative promotes a shift to single-dose schedules and strengthens cross-country collaboration to meet the 2030 cervical cancer elimination target.
